- The duration of the activity is 30 minutes.
- A ten-minute session includes check-in procedures and changing to activity outfits. After that, attend a safety briefing session about the activity from a Marine Mammal Specialist.
- Get lifejackets and put them on for a hassle-free experience.
- Guests will get wetsuits and neoprene vests. However, these are not mandatory for the experience.
- Changing and shower areas are available for everyone.
- Towels and small lockers are also available for the guests.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Any cancellations made 72 hours before the activity will be free of cost with a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 72 to 24 hours will be 50% chargeable.
- Any cancellations made within 24 will be 100% chargeable.
- Guests can reschedule the Dolphin Kayak in Atlantis the Palm Tour (before 24 hours).
- However, rescheduling requested within 24 hours of booking will be chargeable (AED 90/ person).
- We accept rescheduling requests depending on availability.
- We charge a 100% booking fee for no-shows.

Terms and Conditions
- Guests must arrive at the Atlas Village at least five minutes before the dolphin kayaking begins.
- Arriving fifteen minutes after the starting time will be a 'no show'. Thus, guests must check in within the scheduled time.
- Only six members can go for the ride at a time.
- Anyone 8 and above who knows swimming can go kayaking. However, kids under 12 years of age must come with their guardian who is above 18 (must book adult tickets).
- We don't include photography. However, you can buy from the photo counter.

Q. Is there any document I need to carry?
Yes, you certainly have to bring along your passport or the Emirates ID card. Please note, that PAB cards are also considered valid as proof of identity at Dolphin Kayak in Atlantis the Palm.
