• A 100% cancellation charge shall apply upon any cancellation of a booking.  We do not offer any grace period.

• Children who are less than 1.2 meters in height and below 7 years of age have to pay child rates (Atlas Village).
• Children below 2 years of age have free entry.
• Children who are more than 1.2 meters in height and above 8 years of age have to pay standard rates.
• Children below 5 years of age can not participate in the meet and greet dolphins Dubai activity at Dubai Dolphinarium.
• A paying adult should accompany children under 12 years of age at Dubai Dolphinarium.
