Just got back from our safari and cruise trip that we booked through Piyush at Rove La Mer, and honestly, it was such a great experience! The desert safari was so much fun — the dune bashing got our adrenaline going, and the BBQ dinner after was delicious with some really nice entertainment too. Then the dhow cruise was the perfect way to end it, cruising through the Marina with amazing views and good food while we just relaxed on board. Piyush made everything so easy. He was quick to respond, sorted out all the little details, and genuinely made sure we were taken care of the whole time. You could tell he actually cared about us having a good trip, not just booking us in and moving on. If you're planning a trip to Dubai and want someone reliable who'll actually look after you, I'd 100% recommend reaching out to Piyush. Made our whole experience so much smoother!

I was extremely satisfied with Travel Saga all thanks to Gunjan, who was the phone agent taking care of me. She was fast, tailored the package to my needs, and gave me exactly what I asked for. I wanted a one stop shop to get my flights, transportation, and hotel all within my budget & Gunjan was the superstar that made all that happen in a blink of an eye. Not to mention I was leaving the very next day! And what impressed me most was her superb follow up after landing and returning. Employees don’t do that level of customer care anymore. Also, shoutout to my super cool driver Shivendra who took me to the hotel and later back to the airport! The guy is the real deal, showing up kindly with a bottle of water! It’s those little things. He texted me right when I landed, then he came & took me to the car. When I was flying back he texted 3 hours in advance to plan as well. So give him & Gunjan a raise TS Agency, cuz they are crushing it for you.
