Great tour but....

Really enjoyed our tour but.... We booked a, private tour so we would not be taken to shops or factories with the intended purpose to buy goods.... Unfortunately we were taken to a \\\"Museum\\\" which turned out to be an expensive Persian shop selling rugs and silk wall hangings
After being shown a great deal.... The driver informed us we would not have sufficient time to complete our entire trip..... May I suggest cut out any museum / shops and complete the tour

It was a nice tour. Showed as everything the guide provided Anees was very knowledgeable and Samjas really helped us to plan the tour properly and kept checking if the tour was going good.

Dubai is an amazing beautiful city we loved our 4 hour city tour seen so much we didn’t expect.

Desert is relaxing, driver Mohamed and car is comfortable, but the rest is shopping tour rather then relaxing day. Everyone is running around to get some extra tips or services, or birds or …. VIP sitting is fine, but everything looks like you are in JBR beach cafe, rather than Desert Camp. And where are promised fire and camels?

Our tour guide adjusted the tour to suit traffic and rejigged the order that we did things to try his best to avoid traffic delays. He was very knowledgeable and pointed lots of things out to us and provided interesting facts and information. He looked after us really well and we really enjoyed seeing Dubai from a different perspective and from the comfort of our own vehicle.

Poor. Loud music was played for the entire 3 hr cruise with some young passengers and crew obviously enjoyed. Music and volume was inappropriate for a mixed passenger group.
Captain spent the majority of his time on his phone with no contact or acknowledgement of numerous guests sitting next to him.
Crews only contact with guests was for drink purchases.
We\\\'ve been on numerous sunset harbour cruises with this one being the least enjoyable.
Would not recommend this cruise.

The details of the packages on the paper was great but ,Unfortunately my experience with Travel Saga Tourism was very disappointing. The quality of service was far below what I expected, and I felt that I was treated unfairly as a customer.specially in the dinner session they treated me abusive. The communication and customer service were not handled professionally, and the overall experience did not match the expectations created when I booked their services. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect, transparency, and fairness, regardless of the situation
