Premium adds more desert experiences, including private 4x4 transfer, buffet breakfast, dune bashing, camel riding and quad biking. Deluxe is better suited to travelers who mainly want the balloon flight and breakfast.
Q.What happens if the weather is bad?
Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent. If wind, visibility or other conditions are unsuitable for safe operation, the flight may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled according to the applicable booking and cancellation policy.
Q.Can I take photos during the hot air balloon flight?
Yes, you can generally use your phone or suitable camera to capture the sunrise and desert views, subject to the pilot's safety instructions. Large professional camera equipment may be restricted.
Q.What happens after I book my hot air balloon ride?
You will receive a booking confirmation voucher and invoice.
