- Balance Payment: If partial payment is made, the remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before travel.

- Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the overall package cost
- Cancellations made between 29 15 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 80% of the overall package cost
- Cancellations made between 14 to 1 day before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the overall package cost
- Visa Fee: The visa fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
