International and Domestic Flights

International and domestic flight tickets are not included in the standard package unless specifically mentioned in your confirmed booking. Travellers can arrange flights according to their preferred departure city and travel dates.

Meals Outside the Package

Daily breakfast, Dhow Cruise Dinner and Desert Safari BBQ Dinner are included as specified. Lunches, additional dinners, beverages and other meals outside the listed inclusions are not included.

Personal Expenses

Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, telephone calls, room service, tips and other individual purchases are payable separately.

Optional Attractions and Upgrades

Attraction tickets, experiences, hotel upgrades or other activities not specifically included in the confirmed itinerary will be charged separately. Any optional attraction, including additional experiences at Ferrari World or other Dubai and Abu Dhabi attractions, should be confirmed before booking.

Additional Services

Any additional services requested beyond the confirmed package, including extra transportation, activities or special arrangements, will be charged separately where applicable.

Tourism Dirham

The applicable Tourism Dirham fee, a government-mandated hotel tourism charge in Dubai, is payable separately by the guest where applicable.

Peak Season or Festive Surcharges

• Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. For travel planned more than 30 days ahead, a partial amount may be sufficient. The amount may vary depending on the season and package selected.
• Non‑Refundable Services: Certain services are non‑refundable, including visa fees, non‑refundable hotel bookings, Burj Khalifa tickets, and some other attractions.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change if confirmation from the guest is delayed.
• Balance Payment: If partial payment is made, the remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to travel.
• Guest Information: Guests must provide all required information. Travel Saga will not be responsible for issues or missing documents due to incomplete or incorrect details.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the overall package cost
• Cancellations made between 29 to 15 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 80% of the overall package cost
• Cancellations made between 14 to 1 day(s) before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the overall package cost
• Visa Fee: The visa fee is non-refundable under any circumstance
