Flights

International and domestic flight tickets are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned in your confirmed booking. You can arrange your flights separately according to your preferred travel dates and departure city.

Personal Expenses

Personal expenses are payable by the traveller. These may include shopping, laundry, telephone calls, room service, snacks, beverages and other individual purchases during your stay.

Additional Meals

Only the meals specifically mentioned in the package are included. Any additional lunches, dinners, beverages or other meals outside the stated inclusions will be charged separately.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the package price. It is recommended that travellers arrange suitable travel insurance covering their trip before travelling to the UAE.

Optional Activities and Upgrades

Activities, excursions, attraction tickets, hotel upgrades or other experiences not specifically included in the package will cost extra. This may include optional activities selected during the leisure day or upgrades requested after booking.

Unforeseen Expenses

Any expenses resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including travel delays, weather conditions, flight changes or other circumstances beyond the tour operator's control, are not included in the package price.

Tourism Dirham and Additional Hotel Charges

The applicable Tourism Dirham fee and any additional hotel charges, deposits or services not covered by the package are payable directly by the guest where applicable.

Additional Services

Any extra services requested during the trip that are not included in the confirmed itinerary will be charged separately. This allows you to add services or experiences according to your requirements while keeping the original package inclusions clear.

Booking Policy – 6 Nights/ 7 Days Dubai Package

• Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. For travel planned more than 30 days ahead, a partial amount may be sufficient. The amount may vary depending on the season and package selected.
• Non‑Refundable Services: Certain services are non‑refundable, including visa fees, non‑refundable hotel bookings, Burj Khalifa tickets, and some other attractions.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change if confirmation from the guest is delayed.
• Balance Payment: If partial payment is made, the remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to travel.
• Guest Information: Guests must provide all required information. Travel Saga will not be responsible for issues or missing documents due to incomplete or incorrect details.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the overall package cost
• Cancellations made between 29 to 15 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 80% of the overall package cost
• Cancellations made between 14 to 1 day(s) before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the overall package cost
• Visa Fee: The visa fee is non-refundable under any circumstance

• Refunds will be initiated once the cancellation is confirmed.
• It may take 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• you will be notified once the refund is proceed by our team
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used (Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Debit Card)
• Any delay in the amount reflecting should be followed up with your bank directly.
