Best Time to Visit the Museum of the Future

Best Months

As MOTF is an indoor attraction, you can visit this all year round. However, we would still like to give our suggestion for a better experience to visit the Museum of the Future, Dubai.

Weekday or Weekend

Some of the best times to visit the museum are during weekday mornings. The museum is usually busy at weekends. If you want to get away from the crowd and enjoy your time at the museum, then make sure that you book your tickets on weekday mornings. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are the best days for a crowd-free exploration. During weekends, you may expect local visitors along with tourists inside. Public holidays in Dubai, December last week also brings crowd in museum.

Peak Season or Low Season

Long queues and bustling crowds are usually a deal breaker for a lot of travellers. If you are one of those travellers, then the best time to visit the museum will be in November and early to mid-December. This is the time when the weather in Dubai is pleasant enough to venture outdoors, without encountering unnecessary crowds. The last week of December could be avoided, as you may find it crowded, and availability of tickets can be another issue. So, if you are willing to visit in December, then make sure you buy the tickets in advance from Travel Saga.

It was so very helpful to get assistance from Travel Saga!

Jan 2026

Diya, the travel rep working out of the Residence Inn in Dubai, helped me get tickets for the Burj Khalifa as well as Museum of the Future. I had waited too long to try to get Museum of the Future tickets and they were sold out online but through Diya we were able to get into the museum before leaving town. Diya also talked me through how we might accomplish several other things I wanted to do in the area including getting out to the camel race tracks. The help was very much appreciated!!

Visited Museum of the Future and Had a Great Time

Jan 2026

We booked a tour with Travel Saga for the Museum of the Future. I had a great time with my girlfriend, who is extremely interested in museums and stuff. But we did have an embarrassing moment when she asked the guide a stupid question. He helped us precisely and brought clarity to the question.
