Things To Remember 

• Guests must reach the Atlas Village five minutes before the starting time of the Dolphin Paddle activity.
• Arriving fifteen minutes after the starting time will be a ‘no show.’ Besides, the mentioned schedule time means that guests must arrive at that time for check-in.
• Six participants are allowed at a time.
• Pictures are not included with the tickets. However, you can buy them from the photo counter.

Cancellation, Refund Policy, & Rescheduling

• Cancelling the reservations 72 hours before the activity time will be free of cost (with a full refund).
• However, cancellations from 72-24 hours before the activity time will be 50% chargeable.
• Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity time will be 100% chargeable.
• Rescheduling the activity is only possible if done at least, 24 hours before the activity time.
• Any rescheduling within 24 hours will be chargeable (AED 90/ person).
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• We charge a 100% booking fee for no-shows.

Child Policy

• Anyone aged 12 years and above with swimming skills can join the activity.
• However, kids below 12 years of age must be accompanied by guardians of age 18 years and above
• The guardians are also required to book adult tickets.
