Cancellation Policy
- Cancelling the reservations 72 hours before the activity time will be free of cost (with a full refund).
- However, cancellations from 72-24 hours before the activity time will be 50% chargeable.
- Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity time will be 100% chargeable.
- Rescheduling the activity is only possible if done at least, 24 hours before the activity time.
- We charge a 100% booking fee for no-shows.

- However, kids below 12 years of age must be accompanied by guardians of age 18 years and above
