Firstly, as you step into the 9,732 square metre facility on the Reem Mall’s 2nd level, you enter a whole new ice-cold world right in the heart of the desert city of Abu Dhabi. Secondly, the park is operated by Majid Al Futtaim, and it comes as a new feather in the capital city of the UAE, drawing many visitors every day. Also, magical creatures called flurries and Mascots of Graupel make a daily appearance, giving the guests here unparalleled thrill and joy. A very tall enchanted tree is the park’s centrepiece.

The lobby staff here calls the “warm side”, giving the guests the impression that they are inside the enchanted tree’s cosy and woody trunk. Additionally, apart from the Snow Park in Abu Dhabi, we also have Ski Dubai, located in The Mall of the Emirates, Dubai.

What To Bring?

• Carry your booking confirmation (digital or printed).
• Make sure that you bring your passport or Emirati ID along with you.  
• You will get a wristband near the entrance after showing your booking confirmation, so make sure that you have that on you the whole time. 

What is Not Allowed?

• Casual clothing is not allowed inside the park.
• For safety reasons, children who are under the age of 2 are not allowed inside the park.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food and beverages inside the park.
• Do not bring big or heavy luggage.

Park Rules

There are certain height and weight restrictions for attractions. Some of them are mentioned below:

• Visitors should not be shorter than 0.9m and should not be taller than 1.2m when they are going for Drift's Downhill Run and Snow Hare's Bunny Hill.
• You should not be taller than 2.0m, should not weigh less than 30kg, and should not weigh more than 120 kg when you are going for the Flight of the Snowy Owl.
• Visitors going for the Troll Bowl should not be shorter than 1.25m.
• There is a height restriction of 1.25-2.0m and a weight restriction of 40-100kg for Graupel’s Summit Escape and Ice & Floe’s Toboggan Race.
• Visitors should not be shorter than 1.05 m; riders below 1.05m must be accompanied by an adult when they are going on the Crystal Carousel and Polar Express.
• Visitors going for the Tree Slide should not be shorter than 1.1m.
• Visitors going for Ice & Floe’s Bumper Tubes should not be shorter than 1.2m.
