- Balance Payment: If you’ve made a partial payment, the remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days before your travel date.

Cancellation Policy
- If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the travel date, then 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made 29 to 15 days before the travel date results in 80% of the total package cost being charged.
- In case the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the travel date, then 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Visa fees are strictly non-refundable in all cases.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once your cancellation is confirmed.
- It may take 7-14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- You’ll receive a notification once the refund has been processed by our team.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used (Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Debit Card).
