- In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, the guest does not need to pay anything. The guest will get a full refund or the trip schedule will change.
- Cancellations made before the 24-hour trip start time would get a total refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of trip start time would get no refund.
Child Policy
- Children under 6 years old will not be allowed for this activity due to safety reasons.

- A maximum of 6 people can board per boat.
- The ride lasts for 15 minutes.
- Total safety equipment & instructions would be provided by qualified instructors before the ride.
- At least 2 guests should be there to book a boat.
- The trip starts at 9:00 a.m. and continues till sunset, subject to weather conditions.
- Tourists with cardiac conditions and pregnant women are not eligible for the ride.
- Please carry your valid passport/ID proof.
- You need to arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before the ride starts time.
