Inclusions
- Get picked up in a private air-conditioned vehicle from Dubai between 05:00 PM and 06:30 PM, depending on the season. We will inform you of the exact pick-up time on the afternoon of your desert safari.
- Arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve and receive your Headscarf and a Stainless Steel Water Bottle. These are included in each booking and are a gift for our guests to take home.
- Embark on a private 60-minute nature safari in a vintage Land Rover.
- Venture on a nocturnal eco-walk with torches and try to spot creatures like sandfish, scorpions etc.
- Join other guests at a torchlit, peaceful desert oasis. You will receive a warm Arabic welcoming with coffee and dates.
- Savour a delectable three-course dinner.
- Partake in an immersive astronomy session with a professional astronomer and telescope. Please note that depending on the weather and the clouds in certain times of the year, there is a small chance the stars might not be fully visible, in which case you will enjoy an informative astronomy talk.
- Return to the hotel between 10:00 PM and 11:30 PM, depending on the season.
After you’ve explored the desert, you can relax at a desert camp while enjoying fags on a flavoured shisha. Dig into a sumptuous three-course dinner spread where delectable Emirati cuisine is laid out for you. The evening draws to an end with a professional astronomer telling you about the different constellations and how the Bedouins would find their way through the desert by following the stars.
You also have the option of staying back overnight in the desert in rooms made of stone that make you feel every bit a Bedouin. You wake up the following morning and you are treated to a lavish breakfast spread. If you were to upgrade the safari and include a ride on a hot air balloon when the sun rises, it would be the perfect icing on the cake. Itinerary Of Night Desert Safari Dubai
- You are picked up in an air-conditioned vehicle between 5:00 and 6:30 pm depending on what season it is.
- The exact pick-up time will be intimidated to you on the afternoon of the day- when the safari is scheduled
- After you arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, you are handed the adventure pack which includes a headscarf, a stainless steel water bottle, and a bag. Included with every booking, you can take this pack home with you as a gift
- Go on a walk through the desert with torches exploring the flora and fauna of the desert
- We drop you at your hotel between 10:00 and 11:30 pm depending on the season
- You may extend the safari by staying back overnight
Points to Note
- Please inform us in advance if you have any special dietary requirements
- You can’t carry large luggage with you
- The nature drive is to be avoided by women who are more than 6 months pregnant
- Regular pest control is carried out. However, there may be a few harmless insects as this is an eco-friendly tour
- The desert can get really hot during the day. Hence, do carry sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. Wear loose and comfortable clothes. In the winter between November and March, the desert can get quite chilly. We, therefore, advise you to carry some warm clothing
