Hot Air Balloon Age Requirement
Children under 7 years old cannot participate in the hot air balloon flight.
Children aged 7–11 are charged at the applicable child rate, while guests aged 12 and above are charged at the adult rate.
Weather Conditions
Hot air balloon flights depend on suitable weather conditions.
If flying conditions are unsuitable, the balloon pilot may cancel the flight for safety reasons. Depending on the circumstances, an alternative flight date may be offered or compensation may apply for the cancelled balloon portion.

The nature drive is not recommended for guests who are more than six months pregnant.
