  • Please make sure that you report at the welcome centre at least 30 minutes prior to the ride
  • After you’ve parked your car at the Zipline parking following instructions shared during the confirmation of reservation, your reservation details are confirmed by a host at the information centre
  • You shall have to download the map, the directions, and the instructions
  • As per the terms and conditions, late and non-arrivals shall be considered “no shows” and your entire payment of Jebel Jais zipline ticket shall have to be forfeited
