Child Policy
- Children under 3 years are not allowed.
- Guests (drivers) must be at least 150 cm in height and a minimum of 12 years old to drive along with a passenger.
- Guests 138 cm and taller and a minimum of 10 years old may ride as an individual or together with another guest (each guest needs an individual ticket).

How to Reach Jebel Jais Sledder Ride?
Buses 17, C-19, and C-26 are the main buses that run this route throughout the day. There are also shuttle buses originating from Dubai Airport that take 50 minutes and leave every two hours. From Ras Al Khaimah, tourists can take a taxi or a shuttle bus to reach Jebel Jais.
Eligibility for the Sledder Ride
You need to know if you are eligible for Jebel Jais Sledder before grabbing your tickets.
- Guests 138 cm and taller and a minimum of 10 years old may ride as an individual or together with another guest.
- If you want to drive the sledder or want to do a solo ride, you must be at least 12 years old and 150 cm tall.
- The cumulative weight of the driver and the passengers should not be more than 150 Kg.
- This ride or activity is prohibited for expecting women, and people with serious health concerns such as heart disease, high blood pressure, Seizures, Spondylitis or a history of head, neck or back injury.
Do's and Dont's for the ride
- You must not touch the tracks of the Jebel Jais sledder.
- You can not to stop the ride in the middle unless there is an emergency.
- Since separate sleds are driven back-to-back, you should maintain a gap of 25 metres at least from the sled ahead to avert any collision.
- No heavy or large objects are allowed on the sled. No food, no bags, backpacks, etc are allowed.
- No loose object, hair or clothes should be swaying out of the sled. So, you must tie your hair if they are below shoulder length. You have to secure any loose clothing as well before taking the ride.
- The seat belts must be on throughout the ride with no exception.
- Keep the legs and hands inside the sled.
- You can not carry a phone or camera while on the ride.
