• KidZania is suitable for kids between 4 & 16 years old.
• It is open from 11 am to 8 pm (Sunday to Wednesday). The counter closes at 7 pm.
• From Thursday to Saturday, it opens from 12 pm to 9 pm. The counter closes at 8 pm.

Some Important Information

• All children less than 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult.
• Adults can enter only if they bring along at least one child.
• Pick-ups are available only from your Dubai hotel/residence and not the airport.
• Pick-up arrangements from other areas are available on payment of an additional charge.
• Sharing transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed to Marina.
• Depending on traffic the timings for pick-ups and drop offs may alter by 30 to 60 minutes.
• No food from outside or pets are allowed into the Kidzania arena.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges apply if you make the cancellation 24 hours before the visit
• A 100% cancellation charge applies if you cancel the  booking within 24 hours of the visit
• If you’re eligible for a refund, then it will be transferred to your account within 7 working days

Child Policy

• • Entry is free for children under 1 year of age.
  • Entry for children between 2 & 3 years is at toddler rates.
  • Entry for children between 4 & 16 years is at child rates.
  • Children above the age of 17 are eligible to pay standard adult rates.

KidZania Dubai is in the Dubai Mall. Thus, you can reach there by taking a bus, metro or a car. The nearest metro station is the Dubai Mall station. You can also opt to travel in a private vehicle by choosing Travel Saga's transportation services.
