- Get picked up in a Range Rover from Dubai hotels between 06:30 AM and 07:30 AM. We will communicate the exact pick-up time the afternoon before your departure.
- Arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve and receive your Headscarf and a Stainless Steel Water Bottle. These are included in each booking and are a gift for our guests to take home.
- Take unique pictures with a fleet of vintage Land Rovers.
- Embark on a nature drive in a luxurious Range Rover through the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve while learning about the fauna, flora and conservation.
- Visit a remote lake, which is also a bird sanctuary.
- Arrive at the world-renowned Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa.
- Indulge in a gourmet breakfast on a deck overlooking the desert dunes and wildlife.
- Return to your hotel between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM. Your total experience will last approximately five hours.

It’s indeed very interesting to know about how the UAE is taking steps to conserve the delicate desert ecosystem as you cruise along in a luxurious Range Rover. You are taken to a beautiful lake where many migratory birds flock to create a splash of vibrant colors. This is followed by a visit to the world-famous Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa where a delicious gourmet breakfast awaits you. Enjoy breakfast as you admire the vast spread of golden sand dunes. Itinerary
- We pick you up in a Range Rover from your Dubai hotel between 7:00 and 7:30 am. The exact pick-up time will be shared with you on the afternoon before the day your trip is scheduled
- Please wear your complimentary headscarf (Ghutra or Sheila) that comes with every booking and is a gift you can take home with you
- Take exotic pictures of the desert
- Explore the flora and fauna of the desert and learn about the conservation techniques followed as you are driven around the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve in a luxurious Range Rover
- A trip to a picturesque lake that’s also a sanctuary for migratory birds
- A visit to the world-famous Al Maha Desert Resort and Spa
- Dig into a delicious gourmet breakfast served on a deck as you enjoy the sights of the desert and spot its wildlife
- You are dropped back at your hotel between 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm
More Information
- A part of the Desert Safari fee is set aside as a contribution towards the conservation efforts
- The desert is pretty warm. You are therefore advised to wear comfortable clothes. Also carry sunglasses, a hat, and enough sunscreen. Again, the desert can get pretty chilly in the winter. That’s when we advise you to carry some warm clothing
- The Al Maha Resort does not allow entry for children below 10 years of age
- The breakfast is a lavish spread and it includes fruits, juices, tea, and coffee. If you have any dietary preferences, please let us know in advance so we can inform the staff at the Al Maha Resort
