Important Information

• We pick you up only from your hotel/residence in Dubai and not the airport
• Shared transfers are arranged from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed till Marina
• You aren’t allowed to carry any luggage
• We request you to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before boarding
• Depending on the traffic and your location, the pick-up or drop timings may be altered by 30 to 60 minutes

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges are applied if the booking’s cancelled 6 hours before the boarding
• If the cancellation is made within 6 hours of the boarding, a 100% cancellation charge is applied
• You shall receive the amount in your account within 7 working days if you are found eligible for a refund

Child Policy

• Entry is free for all below 3 years as they are considered infants
• Children between 3 and 10 years old are charged at child rates
• All above 10 years of age are charged at the regular rates
