• Sharing transfers are arranged from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed to Marina
• One must not carry luggage onboard
• We request you to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before boarding
• As per the traffic conditions and your location, the pick-up or drop timings may change by 30 to 60 minutes

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges are applied if you cancel the booking 6 hours before the boarding
• If the cancellation is made within 6 hours of the boarding, a 100% cancellation charge is applied
• You shall receive the amount in your accounts within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund

Child Policy

• Entry is free for all below 3 years as they are infants
• While children between 3 and 10 years old are eligible for child rates.
• However, children above 10 years of age get entry at the regular rates.
