Some important points to note

• It’s a must that you carry your passport or Emirates ID during this adventure sport
• You should be at least 13 years old for this activity
• You’ll have to bring your own costumes and towels
• You need no previous experience for this adventure sport
• The pick-ups shall be made only from a Dubai hotel/residence, not from the airport
• Those below 18 and above 10 must be accompanied by their parents or any adult
• Participants must know swimming
• The bookings can be made only if slots are available

The Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charges shall apply if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the start of the activity
• A 100% cancellation charge shall apply if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start of the activity
• If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll have the amount credited to your account within 7 working days

The Child Policy

• Children between 12 and 17 years of age have to pay child rates
• Children above 17 years of age have to pay adult rates
