• No cancellation charges apply if you cancel the bookings within 72 hours of the ride departure or before 24 hours of the trip
• A cancellation charge of 100% shall apply if you cancel the bookings within 24 hours of the ride
• In case, certain guests fail to arrive on time or don’t show up at all, no refund requests shall be entertained

Child Policy

• Children under the age of 5 years are not allowed on the boat tour
• Children in the ages 5 to 11 years are eligible to pay child rates
• However, anyone above the age of 11 years will have to pay standard adult rates
