- No cancellation policy is charged if you cancel the booking at least 24 hours before the cruise is scheduled
- A 100% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the cruise’s scheduled start
- If you are found eligible for a refund, we shall credit the amount to your account within 7 working days
Child policy
- Children below 3 years are allowed free access on the yacht as they are considered infants
- Children between 3 and 10 years old are charged at concessional rates meant for children
- Children more than 10 years old are charged at standard rates as they are considered adults
