- No charges shall be applied if you cancel the booking 24 hours before the cruise
- A 100% cancellation fee shall be charged if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled commencement of the cruise
- If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days
