There is no entry fee, but people have to pay for a membership if they want to borrow a book. The library stays open from Monday all the way till Saturday from 9 in the morning to 11 in the night. Sunday is an official holiday. Children of 5 years and above are allowed to access the library. The library also has an app allowing you to book your slots online. The library offers a parking space for no cost. A pathway that is completely shaded and leads to the Al Jaddaf metro point.
The library covers an area of 54,000 square metres, the design is absolutely grand and has an old-world charm to it. The spacious and well decorated lobby area of the library welcomes visitors. When you enter the place the tall bookshelves will grab your attention right away. The library has tons of titles including some rare publications. To simplify the book search, all the books here are arranged numerically and subdivided into genres.
