Child Policies

• Owing to safety reasons, children between the ages of 0 and 2 can not enter Ski Dubai Snow Park
• children above 3 years of age can only enter Ski Dubai accompanied by their parents or any adults
• Children below 13 years must be under the supervision of anyone at least 16 years old
• Children must be of a minimum height of 1.0 meters for the Giant Ball activity
• The minimum height required for children is 1.2 meters for the Mountain Thriller ride
• Only children who are at least 1.20m tall or those who are 8 years old can access the Snow Bullet Ride
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at Ski Dubai Snow Park

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel the booking 48 hours before the visit, you get a full refund.
• For any booking cancellation 24 hours before the visit, a 50% cancellation charges apply.
• No refund is given if you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the visit.
• If you are eligible for a refund, then we will transfer the amount to your account within 7 working days.
