Cancellation Policy
- We do not apply cancellation charges if you cancel the booking 24 hours before the tour is scheduled.
- However, we apply a 100% cancellation charge for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour.
- Also, if you qualify for a refund, we will credit the amount to your account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
- Entry is free for children under 3 years of age.
- We consider children between 3 and 10 years old as children and charge them at child rates.
- We charge those children above 10 years of age at adult rates.

- Depending on traffic, we may change the pick-up or drop-off time by 30 to 60 minutes.
