About Heritage Desert Safari Dubai
What sets the Heritage Desert Safari apart is that we give you a vintage ambiance taking you on the safari in Land Rovers from the 50s. Furthermore, cars of this iconic model were the first vehicles to be used in these rough and tough terrains. Also, the Series 1 and 2 Land Rovers are today symbols of Dubai’s intriguing heritage and the adventurous spirit of exploring new territories.
Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve
We offer you photo opportunities during a stop at a Ghaf tree forest. Furthermore, you might also get to spot an Arabian Oryx in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve which is sure to make this thrilling adventure an unforgettable experience for you. Additionally, take a peek into the ecosystem of the desert and how the Bedouins lived in peaceful harmony with the desert flora and fauna.
A spectacular show featuring falcons conducted by a professional is also a part of the itinerary on this lovely tour. It’s an amazing sight when these elegant birds take to the skies. You’ll get to know about how Falcons are trained and how the Bedouins would use these magnificent birds for hunting. The trip draws to a close as you witness a stunning sunset in the desert.
Bedouin
Wait, it’s not over yet! We now arrive at a camp that is so authentic, that you’ll feel every bit of a Bedouin. The camp is dimly lit with traditional lamps giving you a cozy and calm feel. At the camp, you’ll witness how Arabic coffee and bread are made, have your arms decorated with henna painting, take a ride on a camel, and witness traditional performances. It’s a wonderful way to experience the Arabian culture of yore. Finally, enjoy a spread of delectable cuisine laid out before you in a 4-course dinner beneath the gorgeous Arabian skies with twinkling stars. You may unwind in the Arabian Majilis and have a puff at a Shisha if you feel like it.
