Important points to note
- You can choose any of the different time slots available on our website
- Please carry your passport copy or the Emirates ID along with the ticket voucher which you’ll have to present at the top “Will Call” counter
- The booking is valid only for the date and time slot shown. It expires automatically as the date and time slot lapse
- You shall be picked up only from your Dubai hotel/residence and not from the airport
- The tickets can be used only once and can’t be exchanged or transferred or replaced or refunded in any manner at all
- There’s no replacement, refund, or exchange of any damaged or lost tickets
- This product can’t be sold at a price lower than the gate price of the attraction. Discounts can be offered only in combination with other products and its standalone price can under no circumstances be featured lower than the original gate price
The cancellation policy
- No charges shall be applied if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled visit
- A 100% cancellation charge is applied if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled visit
- Your booking amount shall be credited to your account within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund
The child policy
- Entry is free for those below 4 years of age as they are considered children
- Those between 4 and 12 years of age are considered children and charged at child rates
- Children above 12 are charged at standard rates as they are considered adults
The best time to visit Burj Khalifa
The best time to visit Dubai is between September and February when the temperatures are not that extreme and it’s quite pleasant. There’s a gentle breeze blowing and a holiday in Dubai between September and February is truly unforgettable.
